What you are buying
Readings are astrology, tarot, and numerology interpretations written by artificial intelligence and read aloud by a synthesized voice. There is no live psychic, no human reader, and no phone service.

Terms of purchase
Delivery
Instant. Stars are added to your account the moment payment succeeds. Readings are generated on demand when you choose to spend them.
Refunds
Unused Stars are refundable within 30 days, self-serve from your settings. We show you the exact amount before you confirm, then refund it to your original payment method — usually 5–10 business days. No reason needed. Completing a refund closes your account and deletes your readings. Stars already spent on a generated reading are not refundable, because the reading was created and delivered at your request. Prefer a human? Email hello@psychicbrad.com.
Expiration
None. Stars do not expire and remain in your account for as long as it is open.
On your statement
Charges appear as PSYCHICBRAD.COM.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. PsychicBrad is operated from the United States.
