Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PsychicBrad.com ("PsychicBrad," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Entertainment Platform

PsychicBrad provides AI-generated numerology, tarot, and astrological content for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. See our full disclaimer. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other regulated advice.

All readings are written by artificial intelligence, and the voice that reads them aloud is synthesized.There is no live psychic, no human reader, and no telephone service. "PsychicBrad" is a brand name for an AI experience, not a person offering psychic services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PsychicBrad. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The platform is currently in private beta and access requires explicit approval from our team.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@psychicbrad.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent platform restrictions.

5. Stars (Digital Tokens)

Stars are prepaid digital credits that enable access to readings and features on PsychicBrad. Stars are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) and are consumed when a reading is generated. All purchases are one-time; we do not offer subscriptions and will not charge you on a recurring basis.

  • — Delivery is immediate. Stars are added to your account as soon as payment succeeds. Readings are generated on demand when you choose to spend them.
  • — Stars have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
  • — Stars do not expire. Unused Stars remain in your account for as long as your account is open.
  • — Stars are consumed upon generation of a reading, regardless of content satisfaction.
  • — If a technical error prevents a reading from completing, Stars are restored automatically.

6. Refunds

Unused Stars are refundable within 30 days of purchase, and you can do it yourself. Go to Settings → Refunds, where we show you exactly what you are owed before you confirm. We refund the unspent portion of your purchase to your original payment method, usually arriving in 5–10 business days. You do not need to give a reason. You can also email hello@psychicbrad.com if you would rather we handle it.

Because a refund unwinds your purchase, completing one closes your account and permanently deletes your saved readings. Free and bonus Stars carry no cash value and are not part of a refund.

Stars that have already been spent on a generated reading are not refundable, because the reading was created and delivered at your request. Readings are works of interpretation and imagination — we cannot guarantee that any particular reading will resonate with you, and dissatisfaction with the content of a reading is not by itself grounds for a refund of Stars already spent.

If something went wrong — a reading failed, generated incorrectly, or you were charged in error — tell us and we will make it right. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

7. Billing Questions & Disputes

Purchases appear on your card statement as PSYCHICBRAD.COM.

If you do not recognize a charge, or you are unhappy with a purchase, please email hello@psychicbrad.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and will resolve reasonable requests directly — this is almost always faster for you than a bank dispute, which can take up to 90 days to conclude.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • — Use PsychicBrad for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform.
  • — Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • — Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • — Submit false or misleading information during account creation or profile setup.
  • — Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent token accounting or payment systems.

9. Intellectual Property

The PsychicBrad platform, its design, branding, and code are our proprietary property. AI-generated readings produced for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold, republished, or commercially distributed without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

PsychicBrad uses third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PsychicBrad and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

  • — Decisions made based on AI-generated readings
  • — Loss of Stars due to account termination for terms violations
  • — Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

PsychicBrad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PsychicBrad at any time with or without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in, PsychicBrad sends occasional account and promotional text messages. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of creating an account, purchasing, or using the platform. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
