SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These SMS Terms describe the PsychicBrad™ text-message program operated by PsychicBrad.com ("PsychicBrad," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Our Program
When you opt in, PsychicBrad sends occasional account and promotional text messages — for example, new readings and features, cosmic happenings (such as a notable moon phase), and the occasional offer for members. This is the only use of your number; we do not use one opt-in to send messages for any other program.
2. How You Opt In
Joining is entirely optional. You opt in by checking the separate, unchecked-by-default "Text me occasional updates" box on our "Before you enter" screen (or wherever we later ask for your mobile number), which clearly identifies PsychicBrad as the sender.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of creating an account, purchasing, or using any part of PsychicBrad. We record the date you give consent. (Texting is not live yet — today we record your interest and will collect your mobile number, with full disclosure, when the program launches.)
3. Message Frequency & Cost

- — Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PsychicBrad does not charge for the messages themselves.
4. Opting Out & Help
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOPto any message to unsubscribe — you'll receive one confirmation, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email hello@psychicbrad.com.
You can also withdraw email or text consent any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
5. Your Privacy
We never sell or share your number. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data are used only to operate this messaging program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change over time.
